Sales Manager & General Manager

Fernando is a man of many talents. For the past several years he has been Del Pacifico's Sales Manager for Latin America. In 2012, following the retirement of one of our founders, William Ramirez,  Fernando stepped into the role of General Manager at Del Pacifico. He also took over the role of General Manager at our hotel, Alma del Pacifico Beach Hotel & Spa.

Fernando has been with Del Pacifico since our beginning in 2003.  Fernando's prior experience was also in real estate development, a field in which he has over 10 years experience.  Fernando is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute; a member of Real Estate Association of Miami and was a guest Speaker at the 2009 Miami International Real Estate Congress. He is currently the one of the hosts of the Central American Networking Table for the National Association of Realtors.

When Fernando is not at Del Pacifico, he plays bass and drums with "Fuente de Luz", the band at his local church where he and his wife, Catalina, are very active members. He also enjoys testing new recipes in the kitchen, playing soccer, watching the Redskins lose & spending time with his family in the Central Valley area. Fernando has a wealth of knowledge on all topics Costa Rican and is one of the most entertaining storytellers on the planet.
